Who After Britney?

When will it end? Whens she in the grave like Anna Nicole? I'm serious we all our watching the woman deteriorate right before our very own eyes! I was just thinking the other day how it was February of 07 when Britney first shaved her head bald and continued with her downward spiral. I remember thinking I hope Britney gets through the first half of 08 without the press printing some huge crazy story about her! I remember thinking maybe she just needs to get through to February without any major news stories and maybe just maybe Britney for once in awhile could enjoy a normal and sane New Year. Yeah.. well so much for wishful thinking! As everyone has heard already unless you live under a rock and I mean a great big boulder Mountain Rock!! Have you not heard of BS and her latest episodes with K-Fed, her baby boys, the media, and everybody in between. BS was restrained to a hospital gurney and rushed to the hospital after a 4 hour stand off with the police involving turning her kids over to KFeds body guard at they're scheduled returned time, I'm sure you also know by now, that Britney was rushed to the hospital put on less than 48 hour lock down in the psychiatric ward and released early Saturday Morning with Dr. Phil of all people following her to her car telling her how she needed help and now Dr Phil is dedicating a complete show about BS and what went wrong with her life! I don't know what went wrong, do I think she possibly has drug problems Yes! Do I think she possibly suffers from Bipolar disorder which by the way if left untreated would completely be the reasons for Britney's behavior. What I do know is this; if the constant stress from the Paparazzi, KFed wanting the kids for monetary reasons, yes I said it! If Britney doesn't get help this will continue a vicious cycle of celebrities dying right before our eyes and we all shaking our heads like I told you so... well I hope Britney gets the help she needs before were able to utter those words than move on too our next victim.

Halle Berry attended the Palm Springs Film Festival last night looking damn good at what 7 or 8 months pregnant?! I wish! If I was 8 months pregnant with a dress on like that I would look like I was wearing a tent!! Halle makes it all look so effortless doesn't she have the type of skin and body where when shes 60 years old shes going to look exactly the same as she does today?! Just ageless! Halle was honored at the festival and attended the ceremony solo! NAH!

The End Of An Era...Begins Tonight!

Our you ready? The Wire has returned with its Fifth and Final season. Sigh. What will I do without this gritty and gut retching show that has been a constant in my home for the past 5 years.. I guess I like you will move on but never forget! The entire cast all showed up with their families and friends at the Senator Theatre yesterday afternoon to mark the opening of the shows fifth and final season. Which made yesterday both a celebration and a final goodbye.The series, set and shot in Baltimore since its debut in 2002, has spent five seasons exploring such complex urban issues as the lure of the drug trade, the breakdown of the urban family, the loss of blue-collar jobs and the plight of inner-city schools. For its final season, which begins tonight on HBO, series creator David Simon has set the action largely at a fictional version of The Sun, exploring issues of corporate newspaper ownership and the changing face of big-city newsrooms."It's been a good run. I hate to see it end," said Stanley Boyd, a Baltimore native and frequent cast member, who praised the series' willingness to show aspects of the city that don't normally make the tourist brochures. "Baltimore's more than just the Inner Harbor, you know. This just shows the other side, the side that nobody wants to talk about, but it does exist."Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon and a sizable portion of Baltimore's cinematic set joined the invitation-only gathering. Tiny recently released the statement via her myspace page and we all hope the best for Tiny and her pregnancy also hopefully T.I. can find a break this year since 07 started with him doing extremely well and ended with his arrest for weapon and machine gun charges, hopefully they find a little peace and happiness for 08

Have you all seen the video supposedly of Vivica in a very private situation doing very private things? Is that her? I hope not! Lord Knows don't nobody want their private business spread across the web for the world to see, so I have decided not to post it here on our site, however I did view the 15 second clip and to me the lady in the video looks a shade darker than Vivica and although some people our saying they have the same matching missing hair line, I say that could be anybody! I need more proof than her missing baby hair line! Than again no I don't! Shoot if it is Vivica, who cares? If it isn't...who cares!?

The entire world knows by now that Britney Spears' younger sister, Jamie Lynn , the star of Zoey 101, is pregnant at the tender age of 16 yrs old. Brit Brit found out last night when the paps approached her and asked her how she felt about her sisters spermination. Brit Brit responded, "My sisters not pregnant. Whatever!"

Kanye Issues A Statement

Kanye has issued a statement:

New Developments Into The Death of Dr. Donda West

According to TMZ.com, there seemed to be have been complications during Dr. Donda West's surgery. It lasted eight hours, beginning Friday morning, well into the evening. She was released by Dr. Adams to recover at her home, as opposed to a recovery center, knowing she had previous health conditions, suggesting that Dr. Adam's was too inexperienced.

Also, TMZ.com has obtained a mugshot of Dr. Adams where he was arrested for DUI in December 2006. The Medical Board of Plastic Surgery wanted to suspend Dr. Adams because of his alcohol problem. Obviously, that did not happen. He has also had multiple malpractice judgments, ranging from $217,337 to $250,000.

Dr. Adams has spoken last night and says, "he did nothing wrong."

This is just devastating all the way around. Our prayers and sympathy go out to the West family at this very hard time!

Okay, Okay... we all know that Dennis Rodman is "SPECIAL!" Karrine Stephans mentions in her latest book, The Vixen Diaries, that she ran into Mrs. Rodman at a Magic Johnson benefit last year. He allegedly tells Karrine, that he hated going to Hollywood events because in essence, everyone is fake. He then goes on to say that he wanted to wear a dress, but settled for the suit he wore that evening.

Obviously, she wasn't lying!

ATLANTA (AP) — A federal judge ordered rapper T.I. released on $3 million bond Friday, but he must remain in home confinement while he awaits trial on weapons charges.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Alan Baverman said the singer must remain under house arrest at a home in Henry County. He wasn't more specific about the location.
T.I. (real name: Clifford Harris) will be monitored 24 hours a day by a private monitoring service that he must pay for.
He's restricted to the home except under certain circumstances, including medical appointments and court appearances. He cannot own any firearms and cannot have contact with any witnesses or informants in the case.
Noting that T.I has a team of highly qualified attorneys, the judge said: "You shouldn't do anything that will undermine their ability to represent you."
Defense lawyer Ed Garland argued that based on the amount of money being put up, there's no reason not to release his client.

I sure hope he can work his way out of this one. He got caught up, point blank!

Friday the Georgia Supreme Court has ordered that Genarlow Wilson be released from prison, ruling 4-3 that his sentence for a teen sex conviction was cruel and unusual punishment. Wilson, 21, was convicted in 2005 of having oral sex with a consenting 15-year-old girl when he was 17. He has served more than two years in prison.

Now, I don't know the law, but he should be reimbursed for time spent in jail!! I wish him the very best of luck, because he is going to be scarred forever! They robbed this innocent young man the very best years of his life! Such a shame, his female lawyer and legal team have been recognized from us at DS for their dedication to this case!

Reggie Bush - who needs no introduction. #25 a running back for the New Orleans Saints. Reggie is a 6ft 203lb "married" man (yes, he's married to me every night in my dreams)just jokes ladies he's single.

Off the field he supports several charities called Yard by Yard - Rebuilding New Orleans Yard by Yard as well as Rebuilding Together. He's very much involved in the N.O rebuilding process, so hats off to him. He was born Reginald Alfred "Reggie" Bush II in San Diego, CA on March 2, 1985 (such a baby) He played and graduated form USC. He was the 2005 Heisman trophy winner as well as the #2 pick in the first round of the 2006 NFL draft. The Houston Texans lost their minds when they picked Mario Williams instead of Reggie. Reggie Bush is arguably the most exciting player in football, and the scary thing is, he is only going to get better.

R I P LaLa Brown

Wow this is truly tragic Lala Brown, a young talented singer made her debut with a smash collabration with Lyfe Jenningns in last year summer hit S.E.X. Lala sang the hook as well as the 2nd verse and from the sounds of it she was on her way to a succesful carrer in the music industry. Unfortnately Lalas life was cut short this weekend she along with her Music Producer boyfriend were both shot to death in the basement of their recording studio. Lala left behind a two year old daughter.

MILWAUKEE - A familiar voice to Milwaukee R & B fans has been silenced. Twenty-one year old Yolanda "La La" Brown and her producer, 22-year-old JeTannue Clayborn, were found dead in their recording studio Friday night.

Milwaukee police say both were found in the Loud Enuff Productionz studio at 55th and Lisbon. Both had gunshot wounds and had been dead at least a day before being discovered. They were reportedly dating.

JeTannue's mother, Dina Chambers, describes him as energetic, with an eye toward making music his career. "He loved music. He loved people. He was very kind. They called him "Koo Laid" because every time you saw him, he was smiling."

Autopsies were scheduled on both Clayborn and Brown, but the results have not been released.

Nigga Please!

MTV interviewed Nas this week in regards to the controversial title of his new album, Nigga.

I have NO WORDS, speechless... what do you have to say? Is it publicity? To get people talking..about him? Is this making black folks look even more ignorant? These are a few questions that I have been asking myself. Please leave your comments.

“I’m a street disciple,” Nas told MTV News. “I’m talking to the streets. Stay out of our business. You ain’t got no business worrying about what the word ‘nigger’ is or acting like you know what my album is about without talking to me. Whether you in the NAACP or you Jesse Jackson. I respect all of them … I just want them to know: Never fall victim to Fox. Never fall victim to the sh—they do. What they do is try to hurry up and get you on the phone and try to get you to talk about something you might not know about yet.
“If Cornell West was making an album called Nigger, they would know he’s got something intellectual to say,” Nas continued. “To think I’m gonna say something that’s not intellectual is calling me a nigger, and to be called a nigger by Jesse Jackson and the NAACP is counterproductive, counter-revolutionary.”
