TMZ is reporting that there is a strong possibility the Los Angeles County district attorneys office will NOT file felony charges against Lindsay "Blohan" in connection with her two DUI arrests the DA is leaning toward rejecting these possible felonies. Sources say the DA almost certainly will not file cocaine charges in connection with her DUI bust Memorial Day weekend in Beverly Hills. As for her July 24th arrest in Santa Monica, the DA could charge her with felony cocaine possession and bringing cocaine into a correctional facility-also a felony. But reports are the DA is inclined not to file those charges either!
Meaning: Shes about to get a HUGE break! When they're done down playing all of her charges "Blohan" will be left with misdemeanor DUI charges for booth incidents and a minimum of 4 days in jail! If that was me or you... the judge would throw us under the Jail!
