Damn Foxy!

With all the fashion buzz going on I almost forgot about Foxy. She had a hearing this morning in which she claimed to see the error of her ways. saying to the judge..."I'm willing to do whatever I need to do to change," Brown told the judge. She said she had made a lot of mistakes before Jackson jailed her. "I realize that's not where I want to be. It's humbled me in ways I never imagined."The judge replied, "Ms. Marchand, it's too little, too late. I'm glad you're learning something; that's a positive." Eww!

Jackson rejected a deal in which Brown would have gone to jail for nine months in exchange for a misdemeanor guilty plea. The judge said the defendant knew she would face a year in jail if she violated probation.

"My dear, you stand in this position because of your own doing," the judge said, vowing to put the entertainer in jail for a full year if she determines that rapper violated her probation.

Authorities charge that Brown moved from Brooklyn to Engelwood Cliffs, N.J. in August without permission and then got arrested there on traffic violations.

Engelwood Cliffs? Very nice! The checks must be still coming in. She should have known she would get pulled over in Engelwood Cliffs. That's in Bergen county, the richest county in NJ. Those cops are looking for work. The hearing is supposed to continue this afternoon, I smell a year coming...stay tuned
